Written Certification of destruction is provided at the time of service.

Staffing
Our professional staff is uniformed, backgrounds checked trained and complies with HIPAA guidelines. All staff in the shredding division is given overviews of the HIPAA, Gramm /Leach/Bliley and Privacy Act regulations and are required to attend monthly safety meetings for on-going training in equipment use and maintenance, safe route operations, DOT updates and discussion of other pertinent safety related issues. In addition our staff is required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.

Recycling
Much of the shredded paper will be brought to Pacific Disposal's Recycling Facility in Lacey, Washington within Thurston County. LeMay will be responsible for the marketing of all recyclable materials collected from your facilities. The material will be mixed with other commercial and residential paper bailed and sent to mills for recycle.
